hey guys,

wondering if Fadal boards can be used by superceded part numbers? I have an older 904-1 machine with a questionable power supply. The board number is 1220-3. I've seen some 1220-4c boards and was just curious if this could be an acceptable upgrade from my power supply? Thanks!

Just a heads up incase anyone else is doing the same thing. I removed the 1220-3 board entirely and wired in a PC power supply in it's place. Works like a charm!

Is this a plug and play deal? I also have a questionable 1220-3 power supply and need to get something setup before it fully craps out on me.

Did you get a power supply changed out in your Fadal yet? Mine was virtually plug and play.

Also, I see you're in Brooklyn Park......small world, what shop are you at if I may ask?

Not yet. My fadal is in a garage to play with, but work at a shop also in BP, on 610 and 169.
