Location of "x" axis overtravel limit switch on Arrow 500

    Hi All,

I have made some progress on my Arrow 500. I found that the air pressure sensor at the inlet had a loose lead. I reconnected it and have been able to get the machine aligned and the tool drum aligned. But as soon as we let go of the green button the drive drops out and we get an error that says we lost feedback from the "x" axis overtravel switch. I am assuming a stuck switch at this point? Can someone point me to the location of this switch? Thanks. Joe

All is good - the magic has been restored to the machine.

On our 1997 model the X &Y over travel switches are normally closed mechanical limit switches. When an operator shuts off the machine after cleaning with one of them tripped I jump the switch at the end of cable in the control panel and restart, then pull the jumper.
