    Limit switch wiring

I am trying to wire up my limit switches for my machine and was needing some help. I am wanting to wire them to a db-9 connector to plug in to my controller box. Here is my
proposed diagram for the wiring. Please tell me if I am on the right track or way off. Thanks

Do I need a Z home switch if I have a touch plate?

    Rstrease,

The Z home switch sets your Z machine coordinate. The Touch Plate (Zero Tool) sets the work coordinate.
