someone has an idea of this alarm 331: Misoperation No. 2. Our system here is Mazak Multiplex Mazatrol 640T.. this happened when "unclamping" the second spindle chuck. when i press CHK-INT button.. then unclamp, mount some workpiece and clamp again via foot switch...the machine should recognize the procedure.. well the button. it just blinking and an alarm appear. we check chuck sensor.. there an output of 21VDC.

Just for the record we'd changed the PLC parameter Data for chuck.. well thats it, if someone needs help with same error feel free to send a message and maybe i could help too.. cheers..
