my name is Simon and I am from Czech Republic.
I want to Ask you about the Technical processing of Polymer Castings or Mineral Concrete. During my essay-project i have in my Cast very much bubbles. I mixed Resin, Harder, Sand, Dust, Stones - fill the Form and vibrated this Form, but all the same - Bubbles.
Have you please a suggestion how i can remove the bubbles from this mixture? On vertical sides have i still more bubbles. Very thanks for Answer and wish you nice day.

One way is to use some sort of vacuum pump to suck all the bubbles out.
Some practice runs first are advised: you have limited time when you have mixed the epoxy.
