QT 20 T plus, alarm 220 Turret position sensor malf.

In my QT 20 T plus, the turret doesn't clamp, and the alarm doesn't appear immediately, it appear after 20 sec.
how to modify this time in order to the alarm appear immediately.?
    regards

Turret sensor malfunction means the turret encoder is out of adjustment or faulty. That's probably why the turret isn't clamping. It thinks it's not in the right position. If you machine doesn't have live tooling, the turret indexes with a hydraulic motor and the motor has a physical lock when it's in position. The encoder needs to be adjusted so the control knows the index is done and in position to clamp. On a QT 15 -18,the encoder is behind a square plate on the front of the turret facing you.Haven't worked on a QT20 but I would think it's not any different.

Turret unclamp is T01. I can't find one for turret clamp and it could be that T01 is the time for clamp and unclamp. The timer parameters are in the electrical manual.
You may want to call Mitsubishi. I don't mess with the timers much,so I'm not much help on that part.
