I'm hoping you all may have some suggestions or maybe even dealt with the same issue I've run into. I was planning on upgrading the spindle bearing in my G0704 but I can't seem to remove the bearing nut from the spindle. I've removed the 2 screws from the nut but the nut itself wont budge. There's 2 flat bottomed holes on the nut as well that look like some type of tool could fit in. Is there some tool I need to remove it or did the factory just put the nut on too tight?

i took a 2-inch adjustable face spanner and drilled a couple of holes in it., worked on both sides, just used longer screws.
