I've been trying to carve some words onto a piece of timber using a 32mm 60 degree V bit and when I design and simulate in Artcam Express everything looks ok, but when I open the tap file in Mach3 and simulate run time it keeps coming up with "radius error start of radius arc is different to finish radius arc". I'm also getting the same problem when I try to use a V bit to profile along a vector in any artwork that I load (doesn't happen when I use end mill or ball nose bits), am I missing something?

Try changing the IJ mode in Mach3's General Config.

Gerry is correct switch the ij mode to incremental.
you must be on an old version & post as the mach3/4 post p forces the change in mach
