Have you checked to see if your parameters are still there?
Also check the power supply if all voltages are there.

I checked the power supply. It's OK.
The parameter is still OK.
After fixing IC SN75189 (error not receive data from the computer), display the following error:

Sounds like there is some thing not plugged in right.
Re-check your plugs. If they are marked with original markings , trust them.
Had it before that a client mismarked some plugs and blew fuses.
Luckely the original markings was still there.
Also make sure that if the board slides into a slot , that it was not forced in as it could bend the pins.

O.K. Spoke to another technician that knows the Yaskawa systems well. Recon you got big problem!!
Lets start from the top:
ALM 328 -Looks like Hardware error .Check parameter 6014 bit 7 must be 0. If 1 try and set to : 0 (will remove alarm 328)
17_-Overflow errors . Program memory are corrupt. To clear program memory , Switch off.
Find rotary switch on CPU Card. Make a note of what it is set to. Now Set switch to no 7.
Switch on.
Now press in this order , Reset , then button NXT , then button PROG.(Just press and release, do not keep pressed)
Wait for about 3 minutes , or till a message appear on screen and turn machine OFF.
Set rotary switch back to where it was .
Switch on and confirm that program memory is cleared.
That should eliminate your errors.

I did as you said.
When rotating switch to 7 and turn on machine, screen is the first figure.
I press turns RES, NEXT, PRG; then rotate the switch to 0 and turn on the machine. Alarm 328 is cleared.
I rotate switch to 7, then press RES, NEXT, OFS; then rotate the switch to 0 and turn on the machine. Alarm 170 is cleared.
Now only 102 errors displayed!
I can not clear it.

When rotating the switch to 0, turn machine, only a 102 error is displayed. Keyboard not operating.

when the rotary switch is 7, I tried to press several times three button RES, NEXT, PRG. And when the rotary switch to 0, the display as figure. I visit Parameter page, but can not change. I have a table parameter of my machine.
How to change parameter?

Yes! Only error 327 and 310.
After rotating switch to 7 -> turn on machine -> then press the keys RES, NEXT, PRG, parameter was delete.
I have a table parameter, I have to generate it!
But the screen still displays two error 327 and 310!
I can not connect to the Internet for several days, so I answered slowly

I've reloaded every parameter. Now, screen display alarm 170.
I checked the page offset, all the offset has been removed (from 0 to 99). Have you pages offset?
