    Exclamation SYSTEM FAIL 8004d Realtime Timeout

    Hi guys

    I have a problem with the machine CINCINNATI MILACRON 1000 ACRAMATIC 2100

    The problem is: SYSTEM FAIL 8004d Realtime Timeout

    The error appears always different:

    Sometimes 2-3 times in one day
    Sometimes once every two - three days.

    Does anyone have an idea what the problem or the solution itself.

    Do you have a ground rod attched to the machine we had this problem with 2 of ours and drove a ground rod next to them and hooked it up and the problem went away

    I fixed the problem by adding a fan on the CPU.

    I think you may have a RTC or the work station board battery going bad. This is the first error that comes up before you lose the BIOS or the settings. You should write down all of the BIOS settings and back up your system and the M1Y****.bak file.
