AK Steel, a leading producer of high quality carbon, stainless and electrical steel is currently hiring entry level production employees for its Middletown, Ohio facility. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package for individuals seeking a rewarding career in manufacturing, including:


• Hourly base rate of $12.89 - $14 with an additional production incentive hourly rate based on the job ($2-$4 per hour on top of the hourly base rate)
• Shift differential for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts worked
• $500 cash bonus after 6 months and 18 months
• Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, and a pension plan with 10 paid holidays per year and one week of vacation after one year of service.

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Additionally, you must be:
• Flexible and team-oriented
• Available 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift rotating schedule.

Just trying to be helpful with this. Most people on here are pretty serious about this profession, and 12-14 an hr is low even for an entry level operator. Nice incentives though
