Help, This is driving us crazy,

Very old machine errors on power up.

Servo lag in z axis..

When the machine is powered down this error comes on when trying to send home, X works fine, It appears when the machine builds up enough pressure then the machine will go home in Z.

We have to keep the machine powered up constantly to avoid this, but many alarms like emergency stop have to power the machine down and we need to start again.

Any ideas that may help?
