hello I finished installing an Vipros 358, connect the power, everything looks good, even control side 04PC has a PHNC control, turn it sends an alarm BACK UP ALARM, I press the reset button, and the 04PC Control starts well, but when it finishes booting the PHNC sends an emergency stop and PHNC not reset

Anyone with information of PHNC since the manual does not help much
