Hi,

I would like to know does anyone here has the connector pin-out schematic for Lockfomer Vulcan 2900 (AMC4 N.E.E.) ? I just dug up this old controller from my storage and attempt to build a whole new plasma table as a small project. But now I only see my self with just a controller , 2 motors with drives cables, the rest are missing....the controller powers on seems fine and I am sure the motors are good as well. So all I need are just the pin outs diagram for I/O ports and then I can move on to build the cutting table.

Hi Jimmy, Thanks for the info! I will check what I can do with this wiring diagram. I am trying to rebuild this controller and will be making a new table for it. I just replaced the LCD this afternoon because the old one has completely turned black screen.

right now I need to do the following:

- Make new cables (checking for the new connectors and wires...... these stuff ain't cheap i must say)
- look for the service manual , does this even exist???? I mean I now have the full operator's manual but .... it doesn't tell me a whole lot about tweaking the controller ... eg. servo tuning & gear ratios ) I have Burny 2.5, 2.8,2.8+,1250+, & NC Dagger controllers but this NEE one is giving me a big headache in terms of tuning ...... not quite service friendly ......
- check the fiber link still functional or not.....


About the fiber link..... I really have no idea about this error message " ERROR: TX to RX ERROR " ...... unless my old user manual is missing a few pages..... or else that manual does not say what does this mean.....both of the fiber boxes are new and original ....... so what went wrong?
