Hi all I have a 3ne with 6t control . I have had the machine for years and it has been flawless. I started it up yesterday after i had not run it for 3 months it powered up normally I went trough my normal set up and zeroed the machine loaded my program that i run all the time pressed cycle start and nothing happened . collet was closed door was closed no alarms . After looking further in to it i noticed the turret is not indexing I opened up the back of the turret checked the proximity switches and limit switches all seem fine and the hydraulic pressure is correct. About 30 percent of the time the turret works correctly . I tried to run a program but as soon as it calls for spindle rotation the program stops . I tried to manually run the spindle and it will not run and sill no alarms I did notice that there is a display on the back of the machine that is blinking lines across it and i never saw that before I tried pressing the keys on it and it beeps and says error for a moment the goes back to blinking. Any insight it to this would be great thanks Palmer
