Hello.
I am building a CNC machine.
Most of the mechanical parts are done. I planed to build a Medium duty CNC router machine that is capable to cut through aluminum and similar hardness metals.
The usable dimentions are 1000 X 1000 X 450 mm on the X, Y, Z axis.
Everything is going fine , except the servo drive conections..
I have 3 ISD 401 servo drive dc motors from Danfoss. The problem is that the motor have integrated all the drive and encoders inside the housing, and I am wondering if there will be any compatibility problem to connect these motors to a breakout board.. The drives comunicate via Can-bus and talk IEC61131-3 language.
I could nt find too many things about these motors on the internet neither with the manufacturer.
Is there anyone that have the knowledge to help me find the best solution to connect these motors in my computer and be able to run it on a software that uses g-code?
Thank you.. If there is any other information I can provide just ask..
300 Vdc
10 Nm Torque
4.4 Amp.
comunicate via can-bus. Has can high, can low, can vcc, and can ground pins + 4 pins for 300 Vdc and 24 vdc
Talk IEC 61131-3
