Hello everyone,

Thanks for your help in all the threads i have posted and therefore again i am in need of your help. The problem occurred in machine DAHLIH HC 2000 Horizontal Machining Center. The alarm it showing is '' 9006 SN : 1 Spindle Error (AL-006) ''.
I have downloaded the manual of machine for this problem and manual refers the following things as shown in attached pics.
Refer to the solution of problem i am finding the it difficult to locate the cable and sensor.
Kindly help me locate the cable and sensor and if anyone can send me the pictures of their location , it'll be a great help. Thank you.

What is mfg and part number of your spindle drive?

sir i dont know the part and mfg number because i dont have any kind of part list document with machine.

When you post requests for help, I expect a decent level of competency on your part. Look inside the electronics cabinet, identify the spindle drive and note the part number and what alarm is showing on the spindle drive.

Dear Doctorcnc,
Sorry for misunderstanding, I misunderstood the "Spindle drive" with only "Spindle" because i was busy in attending the multiple matters at a time. I want to thank you for your scolding. Your scolding took me to the spindle drive where i found the loosen connections. Connecting them properly and now machine i working. Thank you.

the sensor in to the motor . and cable come in to spindle drive from motor
