Hail from Jamaica,


We have a Daewoo diamond series DMV- 500s with a Fanuc series 18i-M computer attached. We are having a startup issue, the machine is stuck at this screen:


GRAPHIC IS READY, BOOT STARTUP


We have four green LED and two red LED in the back not sure of the error code




PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most likely a bad CPU. Replace it. Make an SRAM backup in boot mode first before removing the yellow case.
If you do not already know, the CPU is located on the right when looking at the lights, as in your pictures. It plugs directly into the main board.

Is there a way to troubleshoot the system so i can know for sure that its the CPU?

Unfortunately, not really. Make the SRAM backup if you can and remove the other 2 larger modules on the main board and see if it boots up. If not, then it's either a CPU or Main board. Also, you could try clearing memory on startup(obviously make sure you have a good backup). Sometimes corrupt memory will make this happen.
