    Fanuc 0i-MD - Faceted with AICC 2

Hi, I made this piece machining, and how they see this faceted. The program is made with a CAM. I tried raising and lowering the tolerance, increase and reduce the amount of points. But keeps coming faceted.

I am with AICC 2 activated with G05.1 Q1 command (or P1, I can not remember at the moment) and working with a velicidad 1200mm / min.

The truth will never use this control and not to configurations should be modified, but in other controls have not had this problem.

I know I can solve programming with G02 and G03 ... but I need to solve a point to point program. When you generate a complex surface in 3D it is going to have to be if or point to point.

    thank you very much

Re: Fanuc 0i-MD - Faceted with AICC 2

its probably a limitation of the servos or servo controller, PMC or cnc hardware. if you hacked in the extra functions by changing options likely you need to contact Fanuc and get them to add in the required hardware and other settings too. before you do that remove the hacked options ;-)
