Is that .070 groove for an o-ring?

If so, you should be aware that o-rings usually need some space for squeeze. For a .070 o-ring, I believe the groove should be around .095 wide (that's from memory).

Parker has a very nice o-ring handbook that has lots of good info. I found it very handy in doing my first designs using o-rings.

(Sorry if I'm wrong or out of line.)
