Hello, last days i've been dealing with a Mazak with CAM T3 Controller that stoped working because a lag excess in x axis.
The problem has evolved and I have lag excess alarm and servo oscillation alm in all axis, it happens just before the machines starts up, it boots up with all this alarms:
1- ServoLag excess x axis
2- ServoLag excess z axis
3- ServoLag excess c axis
5- Servo Oscillation
6- Servo Oscillation
7- Servo Oscillation
15- Drive alarm (C) (Sometimes)
20- NMI Watchdog Alarm
181- MES Alarm (Sensor not on)
182- Sensor on not in measuring

Any ideas? Anything would be aprreciated!

I think it is a problem inside the control. Look at the pictures attached, I have disconnected the I/Os and the servoamplifiers and still get that errors as system starts.

What card could be the problem?

I think some parameter are missing from your system, i am sending you parameter list of mazak QT10N atc T3. first you do priority reset as per maintenance manual then enter. then all will resolved. how to attach this list tell me the procedure.
