Hello guys I have two puma 400's one is inside with ac and the other is outside in a shop with out ac ,about a month ago I was having this same alarm 2161 on the machine outside I changed the lube pump and the alarm went away for a little while( about a week ) but it came back I knocked on the distribution port with a small hammer and it seemed to fix it so, back to the original problem the machine inside is now doing the same thing could it be that maybe the pump is getting trash inside the tank and then sending it thru the lines and clogging up the distribution ports on both machines??? or is there a different issue I don't know about

A blocked distribution port would not give you a low pressure alarm. (As blocking it would allow for more pressure to build)
If it reads low pressure on the digital (on or off) sensing of the pressure switch...what does it display on the analog gauge?

it only goes to 9 on the gauge

Are the filler screens removed from your lube tanks?
Are your lube tanks full of pollutants?
Is the in-line filter plugged?
Block off the output from the pump...does the pressure get better?

screens are in place ,I can not see any trash in the tank , i have not checked the in line filter where is it located? , I have not tried to block off the line yet
