Fanuc 0i-TD tool change recovery stuck

    Machine: HONOR VL-125CM
    Confrol: FANUC 0i-TD
Alarm: EX1995 - Magazine Change Before Dataetc

While I was out on vacation last week, an inexperienced operator made a mistake during a tool change operation. Instead of MDI- M6 T0900, he input M6 T909. The ram moved to the ATC, dropped off the current tool, rapid up to rotate the ATC and stopped there.

I've tried to do the usual Tool Change Recovery by going into system>pmcmnt>data and matching line D440 and D445 to the same number. This has not fixed the issue.

The machine believes it has tool 9 in the spindle, tool 9 is actually in its home in the ATC.

I'm stuck and can't figure out where to go from here. Please help!

It sounds like you are on the right track with the D values. Not knowing your machine, I cant say what Ds are what, but that should be where the tool numbers go. If you have a print out of the PMC in the ladder book it will spell out what Ds are assigned to what.
