Dear Friends,

A lot of EDM Sodick operators said, System loading stops on step 52 with Sys2Sys3 error.
I never red the solution. Of course when someone found the answer, no reason to continuing researchs and nobody published the most important "THE SOLUTION".
I replaced both batteries on CPU pcboards, system does not restart. Tried to reboot with system floppy, the first disk boot until Loading system step11, the second disk stop I/O error.
What means?
Do you know the answer?

if reading install kit shows I/O error that means disk is corrupted or drive is faulty any one .....

Exactely, floppy 2.1 was corrupted thanks a lot.
System restarted, that's OK.
Machine cut with Normal machining (IP 0xxx) but show error massage "machining stop due to short circuit" with TMpulse machining (IP2215 or IP1215). RLD25 7segments on board unlight, BO1 relay on main power supply is OFF, input three phases voltage OK, no voltage on coil. No voltage imput on PVR20 neither output breaker CP1 240V breaker CP2 40V. Do you have any idea ? thank you

correction:
Relay BO 01 turn on when G01 Machining ENT ( Mach ON).
SLO 01 on RLD25 the 7 segments Led display completely unlight.
When disconnecting OPT fiber 2 it indicate F1.
Machining condition works only with IP0215 (normal machining) TM pulse machining IP2215 or IP1215 doesn't work.
What it means?

Normal machining IP00xx worked, TMpulse machining IP12xx neither IP22xx "mach stop due to schort circuit"
There was not really a short circuit, the smalest power resistor on HMP unit was overheated, external clading destroyed, contacts oxyded, internal wire cutted.
I thing it's an RGH 50W 30 ohms by KHS Sodick.We repaired it, an it works again, it miss ceramical cladding than temperature looks too high.
I will ask to sodick a new resistor or I will use an variable power resistance, or a rheostat, I suspect 30 ohm value has to be accurate, +/- 5% of commercial one seems to me wrong.
