Hey guys!

One of my customers buys a Mori Seiki MV 55 with Fanuc 10M (year 1987).
Now i have problems:
- After switch on magazine is running all the time. On the pot number 28 he reach reference mark, but dont stop (magazine has 30 pots)
- How happenes lubricantion of the gearbox? With which oil? From the Spindle cooling?

I tried to find some manuals (service and application) for this machine, but couldnt. If you have something please contact me [email protected]

If the magazine is rotating as soon as you power on, there is a stuck relay or solenoid, or contactor.(I think those were hydraulic,can't remember) spindle gearbox is lubricated from the spindle chiller.

Thank you very much! The Spindle chiller lights "power", after switch on the drives there is lighting "alarm". Should oil of the spindle chiller flow constant, or just by rotated spindle?

All the time. You should see oil in the sight glass on the side of the spindle. Wondering if the phase is backwards. That's the usual chiller alarm after a move.

I checked the phase - is right. The pump is not starting. Alarm is lighting on the chiller. On the machine is no errors.
When i tryinng to start little programm in MDI i have message "start injected"

I solved the problems. Perhaps it will be usefull for others.
The oil chiller wasnt running cause of thermal switch (You can see it when you open little door on the chiller) I just bridget it.
Start rejected - was problem with door switch.

Do someone know how can I adjust tool change position in Z? How to release write protect for parameters?
