Dear friends,

I hope you are well. We have bought used machine from western Europe and we need to help for starting it. It is all about Victor Vcenter 4s year 1989, OM-F control. We get error code 0465-01. So what does it mean and what we need to do?

Does your machine start up all the way ?
From your description it looks like it is not starting up.
Are your e/stop buttons released and is the axis not in the over travel positions?
You can also try to start the machine while keeping the o/t release button press all the time.

When you switch on , after the software version , the screen should show ;not ready; at the bottom under the 0465-01.
Then , if you release the e-stop button it should show the position screen and come ready if all is o.k.
If you do not get that far ,it is not finishing the start up sequence.
It is now Friday night around 11pm. Monday is a holiday.
Will see if I can get to a machine next week and take some pictures.
You can also try to press the parameter button or position button to see if the screen change , but I doubt it cause it has not started up.
Do you have a back-up of your machine parameters and diagnostics?
