Looking for a tool- 1/32" Roundover Bit with Pilot or an equivalent.

I realize this is more of a router bit application, but I know somebody here in this wealth of knowledge has some idea of where to find this tool.

I need a tool that will take the edge off of my acrylic panels with approximately 1/32" or slightly less radius, and it needs to have a pilot head to keep the depth consistent. I have a 1/16" tool that will do this but the radius is too large for the look I'm trying to achieve.

Here's an example of a German tool that would work, but I'm hoping to find one a bit more affordable than this:Radius Entgratfräser 1,0 mm Ø 6 mm VHM mit Führungskugellager | eBay

It's for a 1mm radius, and that would be fine too, as well as a .75mm radius.

    Any leads?

    Thanks.

Thanks Ben. I'm aware of this :

But it doesn't have the pilot wheel.

Sorry I didn't realize you meant a bearing guide. They sell roundover bits with a pilot that cuts which is what I thought you were looking for. I am guessing you are doing this on a table router not cnc. If I see something I think will work for you I'll post back.

Ben, wow- thanks man. I really appreciate your help. In the shop right now at nearly 1230 AM and would love to have this tool. Yes, I did not realize it should be called a bearing guide but can totally see why it's called that.

Thanks for any leads. I'd be open to having one made if it were reasonable.
