Folks,

I searched in vain for information on how to wire up my 5 wire Sanyo Denki type 103-771-18 steppers (DC 24 V, 0.18 A, 1.8 deg/step) to my Stepperworld FET4 controller (?).

The "board" diagrams, included in the kit, mean nothing to me as I am a electrical dunce.

I'm well progressed in the mechanical conversion of the mill (RF30/HF30) and need to focus on the electrics soon.

Can anyone post a photo of an existing operating wired up identical combination or advise what coloured wire goes where. The diagram that was enclosed with the kit does show the positions of the stepper connections but the board connection and the stepper connections are different.

It's obvious where the cable goes from the board to the computer.

The kit also includes a power source for the board with a 6 pin plug that, obviously, fits into the power side of the board but the fitting on the board differs from the plug on the power source. I'd need the same info on it's connection.

I don't want to "let the smoke out" of this thing so am seeking advice from those who know.

I've got motors mounted to x & y axis and want to see them do something.

Can anyone help?
