    Problem with Stock Thickness

    I'm new to gibbscam, and am having trouble when specifying the thickness of stock. No matter what numbers I enter for +Z or -Z, no thickness is shown. I know its something simple, but I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure it out.
    In all the tutorials I've watched, they just input the numbers and it shows right up. I've attached a screenshot. Thanks in advanced for your help!

    Under menu process you have the icon that show stock
