Hi guys; I listed for sale the first belt drive I ever made for the IH mill. It is used and works fine.

It is a single speed internal drive with a rubber mounted motor plate to fit a 185TC.

Is this working with the original Lesson motor? What is swapped out and/or what is needed?

The motor plate is for a 185TC motor. The motor needs a long shaft but the pulley takes a QC bushing so any motor shaft size is OK. The shaft does need to be about 2" or longer.

I can drill the plate to take any other motor face mounting. The 185TC is a big face so everything else is smaller.

I just dropped the price to $250.

The motor I used was a 3hp 3650 RPM. It worked fine. The pulley ratio is .9 to 1 under drive so a 1750 RPM is not the best unless you want about the same RPM as stock.

I could turn the high speed pulley down a bit if you want more speed. I need to check it for clearance.
