Of course. Mount it on 45 degrees and treat it as a flat surface. If depth is an issue, flip it.

If all that's an issue, other 2D CAM support ramping and/or 3D cutting.

For what it's worth, Dolphin can cut this feature on a part mounted flat using the merge function. The part would need to be flipped to perform the same operation on the other side.
As per this video from years ago

This won't work. The reason it works in the example given is because the contours are distinct or seperate. In the case of the part given in this question, 3 of the 4 edges or are directly above each other (looking from the top view). As Dolphin CAD is a 2d system it doesn't allow you to trace contours twice....

Not really sure what you are talking about there FastFarmer, the two contours that need to be merged are both open and do not overlap. Pretty much like two open brackets next to each other " [ [ " the left one being the top and the right one being the bottom.
That's how I made the part in the video.

What you are saying is for the chamfer you have two parallel lines, say one at z0 and one at z-20, then for the remaining, I pocket the box.

I was thinking as one operation. But, yes, I accept that will work for the part in question! Cheers
