Morning guys,

so yesterday I had an issue with the tool changer resulting in the ATC losing it's orientation - eg. tool numbers no longer correspond.

called a local service tech and he said I can just remove all the tools and re populate the ATC and the machine will remember where the tools are

did this, but this morning after warmup (machine off over night) I called a tool but it was the wrong tool?

so the ATC is still not orientated - or not picking up the correct tool number been called.

how would I go about re orientating the ATC or correcting the problem?

Ok sorted - seems you must have a "zero" tool otherwise it gets confused with itself
