    8055M spindle adjustment

    Hi All,

Had a drive belt on our mill break recently. Now I have to line up the spindle to the correct position for tool changer, its close but not right.
Which parameter do I change to make M19 rotate to the right position.
Have tried quite a few its just not making a difference. INPOSW(P19) ,REFVALUE(P36),
In drive parameters is the password OEMPSW says so in the manual.
    Want to try Sercos pp177.

    Just not sure.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers
    Beaker

Don't know if this helps at all but the password my be set by the machine dealer so you call them for service. I would definitely try the default one from the manual. The dealer we got are machine dealer used 8055 with is the series of the control. Also if you change parameters the ones with // need the control needs a cold start to enable it. This can be done by shift reset.
We had a new mill jump a cog and the tech just moved the the the spindle tell it was in the right the cog.
Not sure if this is any help.
