Post Use Ethernet in DNC mode

    Hi,

As far as I know, we can use RS-232 to feed programs to Haas mill controller in DNC mode. Is there any chance we can use Ethernet in stead of RS-232 to do the same thing? Even drip feeding?

    Thanks a lots!!

Re: Use Ethernet in DNC mode

Derpends on if you have ethernet activated.
If not, you need to buy it.

Your HFO can do it in 1 hour or less.
They can also tell you, with the serial nr, if it has ethernet or not.

For quite some time, the hw is there, so its a quick sw install.
    Older machines .. it depends.
