Hey so I have a Yasnac Mx3 controller on a Tree(VMC) 1050 mill. Well I am having problems zeroing the z axis so I stop hitting my over travel trip dog. I do not have much experience with this machine. Took the trip switches off and cleaned them up, didnt work so I swapped switches around and rewired them in the same way and still nothing. I am worried I screwed up my tool changer reference (carousel reference point). I need some help, this machine is getting backed up jobs to do quickly. Do you think I can fix this through programming or I need a technician to come out? Also if anyone knows how to reference the xyz axis on this machine it could be handy. I downloaded the manual and read it front to back and the operators manual. I followed their directions but perhaps maybe it is in the parameters because the manuals way isnt referencing it bc im still getting the alarm?
