    hsmxpress 2016 partial contour of an edge

    I've modeled a part in inventor 2016 that's bigger than my machine's travel.
    I want to contour half of an edge, move the stock (g92) and then contour the other half.
    however, I can't find a way to tell hsmxpress to only contour part of an edge, it always select the whole edge.
    is it possible to do so?

    I'm an HSM Works kinda guy, but I am positive Inventor does the same...

    1- Create a new sketch, and convert the geometry from the full contour.
    2- Trim that sketch to the size you need.
    3- Use that partial sketch to drive the contour operation.
    4- Repete for the other side.
    5- Profit!
