I was all excited to run up the new Visual Basic 2013 and see how the commotion software worked only to get it to run about a few lines of code before it went through this exception.


I double clicked on the project name but it open the visual basic.net application. Then try to run it.




Not sure I have to add a reference or some other stuff that I'm missing. Hoping there might be a 1 2 3 guide or something like that.

Hi John,

Strange that it would run Visual Basic as that is a C# Example. Are you sure about that?

The error indicates DLL not found which is usually caused by the target executable you created not being placed in the proper location with all the other dlls (<>\KMotion\Release or <>\KMotion\Debug). This sometimes happens when Visual Studio projects are upgraded. Check where your executable is located.
