    Preproject start-need advice

I just started working on learning CNC so bear with me a bit please.

I'm planning a future project and want to get materials lined out first. The project is an RC car, Iwant it to have a plastic cchassis. My issue is, what plastics can Iuse that are lightweight, durable (some flex but not flimsy) and can be milled on?

II'm not set up for molds at this point but I won't scrap that idea yet, just want to see if there's an option Ican easily mill.

Delrin (brand name for acetal) and ABS work pretty well. Polycarbonate isn't bad either, especially if you want it clear. Phenolic is really strong, and it cuts okay.
