Hello!

I run a small shop and want to expand my range with CNC milling and have found 2 machines in my budget but do not know which to choose.
It is a "Dyna mite 4400m" and "Brother TC-227"

*Both CNC tables are of good size, And i will produce small series.
But the machines are old, over 20 years. and I'm not sure if there are spare parts for the machines and how well-developed control system is. my thought to send g-code from the PC to control system and have a "drip feed"system . You know what I mean, but does it work?

How is the accuracy of the machines?
Is the servo motors on CNC machines?

which machine to choose? what do you prefer?

None. Go for a machine with Heidenhain Control (155 or newer). At least if you´r located in Europe

Very unsure if drip feed will work at all on older Brother controls

what is the advantages with Heidenhain Control (155 or newer)? does it have dropp feed?

Yes. Heidenhain TNC155 has drip feed as standard (but they name it Blockwise Transfer)

TNC155 came in the mid 80:ies so it doesn´t have to become a very expensive machine
