    I have asked them based on your suggestion, but their controler does not support linuxcnc.

    Hey there fellas

    Machine is doing great, and I most fascinated with the accuracy and reliability. Position accuracy and positioning is lower than 0.01 on 150 mm, and around 0.02 on 550 mm.

    I am still working on touch probe system, but that will be a cool feature to have.

    Third video, what is your feedrate for finishing compared to roughing, and spindle rpm?

    Hey there Zeky,

    Thank you for your kind words . Feedrate milling is 1300mm/s @5000 rpm, and finish is 500mm/s @5000rpm.

    Here I will show you the process of making a JIG for my parts:

    1st of all, design of the JIG:

    First picture is the design of the top side. This JIG is designed for full process of making 104 BCD bicycle parts.
    Second picture is much more interesting, as it shows the design fixture, both on fixture table and on JIG.

    To produce this kind of JIG, I had to process the the bottom side. On bottoms side, extrusions had to be machined, which fit perfectly on the slots in the fixture tables.

    The holes had to be milled first. They will be used to fixture the JIG to desired position, before putting adaptive machining to use.

    On this picture you can see the design of fixture positions that can this JIG fit. It can fit in 4 positions, on each side on the fixture table. This is my design, and I really love it, as its simple to use and very accurate.

    Adaptive clearing in HSM is a thing of beauty. machining time was 55 minutes, with 4 mm DoC, 1300mm/s, stepover 2mm. End bit was Iscar 3 flute for aluminium. Machining was dry.
