Placed my order the second day they offered them for sale. I don't think they will make the December delivery target, they have WAY to many orders. The team that's leading the company is very talented based on their education and prior achievements
Specs are good and I think it will be a great machine. Probably will be enhancements coming for a long time once the user community gets into it.

A cutting laser in a plastic box what could go wrong? Software appears nice but that case is a real safety concern. Multiple other issues but I'll leave it at that.

Case is only the cosmetic wrapper. It's got a metal chassis inside just like most lasers of this type.

Is it a fully enclosed metal box inside which will contain a fire like a normal laser or just a chassis?

I'm not saying it won't do some of the things that they claim, however don't be disappointed if it does live up to the hype. It has never been in the wild, only in controlled environments and in marketing videos. There is no real world experiences to point to.
