[older edm guy]

Hi All,
I'm trying to get an older Maho back to life. I've replaced the 6 volt battery, loaded the M/C ,checked way lube. I can jog x,x,z , jog spindle. When I press x, enter ,y enter,z enter , then press cycle start nothing happens. ( No error codes on back door led ), Any ideas on what to look for next ?

more info.... remote had some leds lit up - auto, manual,4,5axis
changed m/c to no remote, turned machine off , restarted, reset m/c for remote back to 1 now no leds are lit up but still unable to home. (no tool changer on this machine ) tool clamp does not function (it didn't work before either )

Hi,
Did You do the reference point search?
If not please goto MANUAL then MENU then a screen will apper on some position there will be REFERENCE POINT SEARCH pres the number button that corsponds with this position , below on screen axis will apper (XYZB) , chosse axis that You want to reference to , press ENTER and then CYCLE START machine will do the rest (move to referencce position) and it will be done to all axis , then more fuction will be available.
