    Mori Seiki MV40 with Fanuc OM-C

    Mori Seiki MV40 equipped with Fanuc OM-C 30 TOOL ATC
    It was working perfectly yesterday, today as i started this machine, it's op stop & Auto power off LED lits.
    I have checked Optional stop & Auto power off push buttons it is in OFF position.
    Mode selection is OK but MAG start rotating in Manual mode without pressing MAG Index PB.
    I went thru it's drawing and found that Mori Seiki used Custom made PCB (M022) in operator panel I/O's to Fanuc I/O card.
    I suspected mori seiki custom card M022 as it's using operator panel interface.
    Kindly somebody help me out from this problem.
    How do i test this card M022 in machine?

    Problem resolved, as Mori Seiki M022 card was faulty.
    Now machine is in working order after repair of M022 card.
