Hi;

I have a 1990 Mazatrol M 32 VQC 15/40.

About two months ago I have replaced the Disk floppy unit drive, by an USB Mitsubishi simulator, and the famous battery.

There was no problem at all, but past week, when I tried to do machine home,immediately appears the alarm #28 X Print Circuit Board Malfunction, and in the X servo amplifier appears #17.
So i have decided to clean all the card and tight all the earth screws.

Then the machine starts, but this time during homing appeared alarm #37 X Over Ampere and in the X servo amplifier appears #32.

I turned it off again, waited some minutes and again I tried to turn it on, but this time again alarm # 28 X Print Circuit Board Malfunction,and in the X servo amplifier appears #17.

Sometimes tha machine turns on, but the alarm appears during X axis homing, and then turns it off.

I want to swap drivers, can someone explain me the procedure?

Alarm 17 means encoder problem,just change it
