Change your IJ mode in Mach3.

Usually from absolute to incremental on I,J (or vice versa) in the config screen.

Or change your SolidCam post to send it differently, whichever is easiest.

The same as what Gerry has said, this is where to change it, open the General Configuration File you want it to look like this photo, this then should match your G-code program

but by that config you mentioned, why route of tools(green line) and route of mach3(violet line) are different ?!
