    HobbyCNC.com announcement

Just saw this on HobbyCNC.com home page.......

HobbyCNC will be closing for business December 31st at midnight. It is time for me to retire and enjoy life without HobbyCNC. We want to thank all of our customers for your support.
As a good-bye gift we will have a 25% off sale on all in stock stuff.

At order checkout use customer code 25% to receive your discount. PLEASE make sure the discount has been applied BEFORE completing order. Discount does not apply to shipping charges.
All sales are final, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed.

    Thank You

Looks like HobbyCNC will have a new owner!

    "Folks,

Just a quick note to say HobbyCNC will live on with a new owner. All I can say right now is that I'm very pleased with the new owner and I'm confident that they will continue with our driver board quality kits and support. Possible reintroduction of the PRO series boards too!

Details will follow as things finalize in the week or so.

Thank You ALL for understanding and your support during the transition.

Yes. HobbyCNC has a new owner. And a new website.
I have resumed production of the HobbyCNC PRO (3 & 4 axis) and I'm maintaining the HobbyCNC EZ board.
The same great driver board kit, same quality components but with a new owner. Several years ago I built a CNC router with the HobbyCNC Pro driver board. I'm super pleased. So pleased, I bought the company.

I wish you the best of luck with the new company. I have one of Dave's 4 axis controllers from 2006 or 2007. It is still working fine. I enjoy seeing simple designs that are well thought out. I hope you can keep the tradition going.
