Both, I do a lot of 3D and 2.5D machining on the CNC, but I also use templates and hand routers a lot for edging profiles on shelves, etc. In my opinion a CNC is a compliment to hand and power tools, with each job requiring a different percentage of each element.
Plus, I really enjoy using hand and power tools, and like to keep my skills honed using them instead of forgoing using them in preference to just using the CNC machine for almost everything.
