Re: Ecoca SJ-25 Z Axis unable to ZRN

I Performed a reference return (ZRN) for the Y and Z axes, however the Z Axis ran all the way to the hard limit without decelerating
A little investigation into the problem showed I had a faulty limit switch so a replacement block (all three switches)
was ordered and installed. My problem is now the machine will not reference, while attempting to referencing the z Axis there is no deceleration
when reaching the DECEL dog and the Axis then stops at the soft limit. nothing has moved with regards to the switch positions and no
parameters have been altered I have checked and dbl checked the DECEL switch which is fine. is there possibly a Keep Relay set after initial
Overtravel to Hard Limit? I have no electrical drawings or manuals with the machine either which isn't helping.

    Appreciate any input

Re: Ecoca SJ-25 Z Axis unable to ZRN

Problem solved a combination of gridshift and manually finding home position and reset parameter 1815.4 did the trick, took a while to find home position but all sorted now.
