Hi, Have a problem on my 60w laser cutting machine. It is not firing well (about 50% output). I previously used to cut 6mm acrylic with no problems but now i cant cut though 5mm acrylic.
I have already
- Clean the mirror and Lens
- Realign and calibration on the cutter.
- Change the cooling water and even try to use chlorine to cleanout the tubes.
Attached is the tube when firing ->
Firing is consistance but output power is lessen by 1/2. Just wondering if it is power supply problem or tube problem. Anyone can advice? Thanks.

On your meter how many MA is showing. Is your air assist working. focal point set correct
