the tube appears to have no water inside or be cracked

good value i mean the ammeter i showing 19 ma or something like that and wen i conect the anode and catode to the tube the ammerteher shows 0a again

the test butos of the power suply tunrn on a red light on the power suply

i remove the tube and no cracks on it but the lasert still no work

Still do not understand. How can anmeter show anything when is disconected from laser kathode?
If you connected anode (red wire) from PSU to laser and cathode from laser to anmeter and anmeter to Ground this should show what current flows through laser (tube).
If there is 0mA that means:
- PSU is faulty.
or laser is faulty
or connection is faulty
or there is no WORK signal to PSU.

Red light on PSU do not nean it is 100% working well.
You may not use anmeter. Just connect black wire from laser (cathode) to Ground.
To check PSU without laser have cathode wire from laser close to anode connector (around 2cm away) and push test button.
Should be strong arc between so stay away.
There is no way to check laser (tube) without other PSU.

i check the psu without laser tube i put anode 2cm from catode a press the test button and nothing happens?? the power supply is broke??

Other end of cathode cable is connected to Ground?
